REGISTRATION TO CLOSE ON SEPTEMBER 6, 2022.

Grand Chapter 2022 will be held October 6 - 9, 2022 in Baltimore, MD.

Registration Fees: For Undergraduates (Non-Delegates): The Registration Fee for Undergraduates who are not delegates is $250.00. There is no charge for the two official delegates from each undergraduate chapter and colony. Delegates please contact your staff member to get a discount code for registration.

Registration Fees: For Alumni: The Registration Fee for our Alumni is $350.00.

We are offering an early bird registration discount on the cost of attending the entire Grand Chapter. If you register by July 31, 2022, you will save $50 off the cost of attendance. For alumni, please use the discount code ALUMNI (case sensitive.) For undergraduate registrations, please use code UNDERGRAD (case sensitive.) We encourage everyone to take advantage of the early bird discount. The Registration Fee will include all sessions, meals, and local transportation. 

Registration will be handled and done thru GreekTrack our member management portal. Please go to Member Login to login to your account. If you do not have an account, please provide us your updated contact information and we will send you a link (via email) to your GreekTrack account.

The DRAFT agenda is as follows (please note this is subject to change. We will publish the final schedule when available):

Welcome Gift Bag, Grand Chapter Programs, Opening Session on Thursday, all Educational and Business Sessions for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Thursday - Opening Session followed by dinner at a local restaurant.
Friday - Breakfast Buffet, Educational, Informative and Thought Provoking Leadership Sessions, Keynote Speakers, Lunch and The TEP Foundation, Inc. Awards Ceremony.
Saturday - Breakfast, Lunch and all Grand Chapter Business Sessions, Legislation and Elections. Saturday Evening Grand Chapter Awards Dinner and Gala.
Sunday - Breakfast, followed by our Closing Sessions and Good and Welfare.
Discounted Self-parking at The Marriott Baltimore Inner Harbor, $20.00 for all attendees within the Hotel's capacity.
Complimentary basic wireless internet in all guest rooms.

Ala Carte Registration Fees:

Guests are welcome to attend just the banquet on Saturday for a reduced rate of $140, or all day Saturday, which includes both lunch and the banquet for only $180. Please note that your registration is subject to cancellation if payment is not received by Sept 15th.

The Conference Hotel is The Marriott Baltimore Inner Harbor - The Hotel is located at 110 South Eutaw Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. TEP has arranged for a special convention rate of $139.00 per night (plus applicable taxes) for Thursday, Friday and Saturday Night. The Hotel will charge an additional $20.00 per person per night for every additional person over the double occupancy.

Come Early or Extend Your Trip - Should you wish to come early or extend your vacation, the hotel will honor our discounted rate for three days prior and three days after the conference based upon availability.
