Welcome to our 2025 summer leadership retreat for our undergraduate officers. This years event will be held June 26 - 29, 2025 in the Pocono Mountains, PA at the beautiful Kalahari Resort and Waterpark. 

We are requiring all our chapters, provisional chapters and interest groups, to send two officers to this years leadership retreat. We are requesting that the Chancellor and Vice Chancellor attend. If for some reason, one of these officers is unable to attend, please send another executive board member to represent your group.

Registration Fees: There is no cost for the two requested members to attend. Additional attendees are certainly encouraged. The cost for these additional attendees is $250 per person. All attendees will be responsible for their transportation and associated costs to and from the event, as this will not be covered by national. The delegates will need to make a $250 per person deposit for the event, but that deposit will be refunded to you upon attending in person. 

The registration fee includes: All sessions, meals, and lodging as follows:

Welcome gift bag, program, opening session on Thursday, all educational and business sessions for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Thursday opening session will be followed by a dinner at the resort.

Friday breakfast, educational, informative and thought provoking leadership sessions, along with lunch and dinner.

Saturday breakfast, educational, informative and thought provoking leadership sessions, and lunch and our annual awards banquet to end the evening. Saturday afternoon there will be a team building event, most likely a ropes course on the property.

Sunday breakfast followed by our closing sessions and a good & welfare.

Parking is free at the resort.

Complimentary basic wireless internet in all guest rooms.
